"Give me 10 minutes a day and I’ll give you a new life!"
- Dave Hall (Owner)

Cellerciser Diabetes Care

Why the Cellerciser?

There are many rebounders out on the market but where Dave Hall’s Cellerciser differs is he will not leave you out on your own!

He has spent years working with tens of thousands of individuals all over the globe showing, teaching, and confirming what his Cellercise program can do and why the patented Triflex springs; that are the only self adjusting designed springs of their kind on the market, built with quality steel to last for years and years to come.

What does this have to do with you and your type 1 or type 2 diabetes?

Simple...get the daily exercise that is needed to help lower glucose levels in your blood. Do this in the luxury of your home, office, outdoors, at the gym or on vacation, literally you can do this ANYWHERE!

Don’t let the excuse of not being able to make it to the gym stop you from getting a grip on your diabetes and start the trend of taking care of your body starting with just 10 minutes a day.

You wake up in the morning refreshed and begin to start your day. Many diabetics check their blood sugars first thing in the morning and to their surprise it is high.

What!? Why?

This is typically known as the Dawn Phenomenon. What this means is that the hours between 3 am and 8 am your body begins to elevate certain hormones that work against the insulin action to drop the blood sugar.

This is where the glucose enters in when the sleep time insulin is wearing off and why the blood sugar begins to rise.

Frustrating? You bet!

In the clinical arena this is referred to as the “Somogyi Effect” or “Rebound Hypoglycemia”.

So, what is typically told to diabetics that have this phenomenon? Take more insulin. This is not only costly but more of an inconvenience than anything else. So to ask bluntly...what would 10 minutes at the first of the day do for you?

To combat the Dawn Phenomenon would you start rebounding to help with rebound hypoglycemia? It’s interesting that many prefer to just increase their medication instead of taking the first 10 minutes of the day to start Cellercising.

Is that you?

Bouncing gently in the morning is the wake up call. Being weightless over 100 times per minute allows for increased circulation. The g-forces gently squeeze the internal organs giving them a jumpstart on the day.

It’s basically a massage from the inside out. It stimulates the circulation in the lymphatic system through the one-way valves improving circulation back to the heart in making it easier on the heart.

Dave Hall’s gentle twist technique with movement up and down helps to improve digestion
and elimination processes as it puts the colon through a little washing machine.

The pancreas, kidneys, liver, spleen, gall bladder and adrenals are all gently being massaged through the movement of going up and down. And there’s so much more that the Cellerciser does for the body simultaneously.
